History

Colourbox was founded in 2003 by people from the advertising industry as a protest against the rigid and complicated rules of royalty free material. The philosophy was to create a customer focused and inexpensive photo library. Today colourbox is working together with top brands across Scandinavia, Germany, South Africa and Spain.
